“Richer Than Its Owner: The Tale of My 16-Lakh iPhone”
The 16-Lakh Phone
When my father-in-law gifted me an iPhone worth 16 lakhs, I realized two things:
1. He must really love me.
2. He definitely knows I could never afford it myself.
This phone is waterproof, which is great because now I can safely cry over my poverty while holding it. The tears just slide off the screen like they’re part of Apple’s design.
It has three cameras. Perfect. One captures my excitement, the second captures my wife’s smile, and the third captures my soul slowly leaving my body every time I check the repair costs.
The autofocus feature is incredible too. It doesn’t just focus on my face—it focuses on the fact that I’m too broke to even buy a proper case for it.
Now whenever I walk into public with this iPhone, people stare at me like I’m a millionaire. But deep down I know the truth: this phone is richer than I am.
